This is the official event-app for Jeunes Restaurateurs 50 Years Congress that will be held in 2024.Jeunes Restaurateurs (JRE) is an association of young restaurateurs who want to share their talent and passion for food with like-minded people.Founded in 1974 in France, there are now 350 affiliated restaurants spread over 16 countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
With over 180 Michelin stars and 4,000 Gault&Millau points between them, all chefs combine a love of creativity and innovation with a respect for local produce and tradition.
